Terms of Service — TranslateAI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TranslateAI («Service»), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

TranslateAI provides AI-powered document translation for DOCX, XLSX, PDF, and other file formats. The Service is available at ai.perevod4.ru and through our API. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Translate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond your plan limits.
Upload malware, malicious scripts, or files intended to harm the Service.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Subscription & Payment

Free plan includes limited monthly token quota. Paid plans provide higher limits.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the Free plan.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all documents you upload and all translated outputs. We claim no rights to your content.

Our content: The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by TranslateAI and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

7. Translation Quality

Translations are generated by AI and are provided «as is». While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee that translations will be error-free or suitable for all purposes, including legal, medical, or certified use. You are responsible for reviewing translations before use in critical contexts.

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service for technical reasons. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranslateAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Russia.
